MARIANNE FAITHFULL: THE GIRL ON A MOTORCYCLE, PART 1

More photos of Marianne and Alain Delon to come later in Part 2 (I may need a Part 3)!  I have probably posted some of these photos before, but I haven't made a Motorcycle post since getting my new, slightly less crappy scanner, so at least these will be better quality. I think Marianne was at the height of her beauty during the filming of this nonsense, soft-core porn movie (late '67).  She just looked SO beautiful; it's no surpirse that director Jack Cardiff uttered these words about her: "Never since I first saw Marilyn Monroe through the eyes of a camera lens have I seen such irresistible beauty.  To focus on her is to focus the camera on your innermost heart."

Special thanks to Jayme.  All photos = my scans.

Wow!!!!!
1) thank you Leith, Marvelous

2) The tent! the circus tent Marianne is in for the scenes from "Girl on a Motorcycle......it just dawned on me, that is, I bet, the exact same tent where the Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus was filmed. What say you?
